Jordan Brand has partnered with eight local talents, both established and up-and-coming, on a collection that takes inspiration from the Windy City. Each collaborator was tasked with bringing one of Chicago’s eight transit line colors to life on apparel and footwear, acknowledging how the train unites the city’s residents, neighborhoods and culture for a collection that was released during NBA All-Star Game weekend. I worked on a collection based around the Orange line.

To celebrate the collection we installed a site specific sculpture at the Notre shop in Chicago and created “Heavy Drip”, a coffee and tea shop serving complimentary beverages while the sculpture was installed. We worked with iconic local publication StreetWise (a magazine created to support under and unemployed Chicagoans) to design a the cover of the current issue. We also designed a limited edition screen print with all proceeds going to StreetWise.
